Camping
197 class A sites with electric are available by calling 1-866-644-6727
or go to www.ohiostateparks.org. Showers, flush toilets and dump
station are a few of
many features. The campground has a heated shower house that is
open all year.
Campsite Rates
Base camping rate is $21.00 per night Nov. 1st. -- March 31st. and
$23.00 per night
April 1st.-- Oct. 31st.(six occupants max.). Sites with decks are
considered premium sites and are $2.00 extra per night.
A $ 2.00 per night Holiday fee will be applied Friday, Saturday and
Sunday nights of Memorial Day, July 4th. and Labor Day Weekends.
A $1.00 per night Weekend Fee will be applied every Friday and
Saturday night (excluding holiday weekends) beginning on the
weekend prior to Memorial Day weekend and ending on the
weekend following Labor Day weekend.
Deluxe Camper Cabin
Two camper cabins are available year round. Reservations are
accepted by calling 1-866-644-6727. The rate is $50.00 per night with
a two night minimum for Friday/Saturday.
Camper Cabin Includes:
Gas fireplace (seasonal), Air conditioner, TV,VCR/DVD, alarm clock
radio, microwave, refrigerator / freezer, outside gas grill, sleeps 4. *
No cooking / eating utensils, cookware or bed linens provided * No
pets *
Horseman's Campground
The ten non-electric sites offer that "wilderness camping
experience" that so many visitors desire. The rate is $12.00 per
night Nov. 1st. -- March 31st. and $14.00 per night
April 1st.-- Oct. 31st. The campground is located at the trail head to
more than 20 miles of bridle trails. A trailer dump station is nearby.
Nature Center
The nature center is open weekends from Memorial Day through
Labor Day. Featured
inside is displays of native wildlife and fish. The butterfly and bird
gardens are popular
places for enthusiasts to enjoy viewing wildlife.
Camp Store
Mondays - Thursdays - 9:00am - 9:00pm
Fridays & Saturdays - 9:00am - 10:00pm
Sundays - 9:00am - 6:00pm
Open seasonally , you will find over 1,400 items to satisfy every
need. From perishables/groceries to souvenirs/firewood & ice
cream Parlor, a visit is a must.
Shelter House
There is a shelter house available in the campground to rent at
