Anyone born on or after January 1, 1982 must have successfully completed a boating course or a proficiency exam to operate vessels of more than 10 HP. If the boat is returned more than 30 minutes late, an extra hour may be charged. Life jackets will be issued for each person on the boat. Life Jackets shall be readily accessible to each person aboard the watercraft at all times. Per the rental agreement, section #6, the customer will be responsible for lost or damaged accessories.
