All Watercraft Rules and Regulations must be observed at all times.
Anyone born on or after January 1st. 1982 must have successfully completed a boating course
or a Proficiency Exam to operate Vessels of More than 10hp.

Life Jackets will be issued for each person.
Life Jackets shall be readily accessible to each person aboard the watercraft at all times.

If the boat is returned more than 30 minutes late an extra hour may be charged.

No grills are permitted on rental boats.
No alcohol on boats permitted.
Rocky Fork now has two pet friendly pontoon boats.  All other boats are no pets allowed.

Per the rental agreement, section #6, the customer will be responsible for lost or damaged
accessories.

ROCKY FORK STATE PARK MARINA carries a variety of gas and oil, boating supplies, beverages,
snacks, ice cream, ice tackle and live bait.


BOAT REGISTRATIONS MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE PARK OFFICE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY; 9:00AM TO
12:00PM AND 1:00PM TO 4:00PM. WATERCRAFT AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE AT
